Karaj is an online workshop management platform: a job board for tracking vehicles through your shop, customer and vehicle records, estimates and approvals, bookings, invoices and payment links, and automated WhatsApp updates sent from your workshop's own connected WhatsApp number.

These terms are an agreement between Karaj ("we", "us") and the workshop that creates a garage account ("you"). By creating an account you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of that workshop and that you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Provide accurate information when creating your garage and keep your login details secure. Anything done through your account, or through the staff accounts you invite, is your responsibility.

You control what your staff can see and do by assigning roles. Remove access for people who leave your workshop.

New garages start with a free trial of the full feature set (currently 14 days). No payment details are needed for the trial.

When the trial ends you can continue on the free plan with reduced limits, or purchase a paid subscription. Prices and the billing currency are always shown before you pay, and subscriptions renew until cancelled.

If you cancel or stop paying, your account moves to the free plan — your jobs, customers, and invoices remain yours and stay accessible. We may change plans or pricing over time; meaningful changes will be announced in advance.

WhatsApp features send messages from your workshop's own WhatsApp number to your customers. You are the sender of these messages and responsible for their content.

Only message people who gave your workshop their number in the course of business. Do not use Karaj for spam, bought marketing lists, or any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content. You must also comply with WhatsApp's own terms of service.

Message delivery depends on WhatsApp and on your connected session staying active, so delivery can never be guaranteed. We may suspend messaging, or accounts, that appear to send spam or abuse.

You will store information about your customers in Karaj — names, phone numbers, vehicles, job history, invoices, and payments. That data belongs to your workshop; you are responsible for collecting it lawfully and keeping it accurate.

We process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. If a customer asks you to correct or delete their information, Karaj gives you the tools to do so.

Payment links and online payments are processed by third-party payment providers; Karaj does not store your customers' card details. The sale itself — pricing, quality of work, refunds, and disputes — is between you and your customer.

Where a platform or processing fee applies, it is shown to you before you confirm.

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or disrupt the platform, no automated scraping, and no reselling access without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that break these rules — where practical, we will warn you first.

We work to keep Karaj fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" and we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may evolve over time as we improve the product.

To the extent permitted by the laws that apply to you, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, for failures of third-party channels (WhatsApp, payment providers, telecom networks), or for decisions made based on data entered incorrectly.

For any claim connected to the service, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms removes rights that mandatory local law grants you.

You can stop using Karaj at any time. On request we will delete your garage's data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms.

We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page, and significant changes will be announced in the app. Using Karaj after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms apply alongside the consumer-protection and data-protection laws of your country — where those laws give you stronger rights, they prevail. For questions about these terms, contact the Karaj team through the in-app support channel.
